TRG's Client-Level Data System is used to track the required client-level data for annual reporting of Ryan White services. This system is administered by the Texas Department of State Health Services. As the funded Administrative Agency for DSHS, The Resource Group serves as the local system manager for Take Charge Texas (TCT) in its 51-county area.
